We specialize in premixed, degassed and frozen syringes, premeasured two-part packet (Epoxy Pax), dual cartridge (Static Pax).

PREMIXED AND FROZEN
Material is premixed, degassed, frozen and shipped in dry ice. This option is available in various size syringes and collapsible aluminum tubes. These containers are labeled with part numbers, date of manufacture, date of expiration and lot number. Upon arrival, this material is ready to use. The advantages of premixed and frozen are many. No onsite mixing or clean-up, thus eliminating hazardous waste issues. No skin contact, eliminating health issues for employees. Guaranteed correct mix ratios with lot traceability in small amounts. Available in many sizes starting at 1cc. Elimination of air entrapment in your materials. An industrial needle may be added to the syringe tip for precision pneumatic dispensing. After use, simply discard in trash, as the premixed system is approved for landfill burial. Overall cost savings and a cleaner, safer work environment.

EPOXY PAX
This system is ideal for in-field use and consists of two components premeasured in a two-part packet separated by a clip. The clip is removed allowing the two sides to migrate. The two components are mixed thoroughly by kneading and dispensed directly from the packet. STATIC PAX: Two-part side by side cartridges. The material is dispensed, manually or pneumatically, through a static-mixing nozzle. This system is available in a variety of sizes and mix ratios.

MARKING INKS
We carry a full line of marking inks in all colors.

CUSTOM FORMULATION
We can package any system you are currently using. We can also custom formulate a system to your specifications. This, in many cases, will allow the use of one system for more than one application.
